Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Payroll Administrator in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role centers around the management of our payroll activities and requires a strong understanding of accounting functions and software systems. The Payroll Administrator will be integral in maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of payroll in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage the administration of 401k and other benefit functions
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Implement and manage time tracking systems such as 'About Time'
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to payroll processing
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline payroll processes and enhance systems
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect payroll processing
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data is secure.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with 401k - RRSP Administration is essential
• Familiarity with About Time software is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to perform Accounting Functions is important
• Prior experience in Auditing is needed
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is crucial
