We are currently seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department at our corporate headquarters in Pontiac, Michigan. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work directly with senior level designer(s) & team to produce marketing content for our family of companies.



Junior Graphic Designer Duties and Responsibilities:



•Assist in design and production of visual content for digital & print media.

•Collaborate with senior designers and team to execute design concepts, ensuring alignment with quality standards and creative guidelines.

•Work closely with team to not only produce required content, but also develop new ideas to further brand development and reach.

• Ensure designs are on-brand and appealing, while also meeting project deadlines

•Assist in preparing and organizing files for print and digital distribution.

•Stay up to date with current design trends, technologies and techniques.



Junior Graphic Designer Qualifications:



•High school diploma required

•Experience in graphic design/communication field a plus

•High working proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign

•Strong portfolio showcasing technical & creative skills

•Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines, as well as maintain organization of tasks and ability to multitask

•Strong desire to learn and develop not only the company’s creative content, but your experience and career in the creative industry
