UI/UX Designer Job Opening

Company Folders, Inc. is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human factors, usability, and the UX process. You will work closely with our software teams, writers, and merchandisers to deliver solid website user experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for user personas and collaborate with software teams on design and development
  • Identify user requirements and translate them into design solutions
  • Create UX deliverables, including wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
  • Run and manage usability tests
  • Develop and deliver front-end design assets, including graphics, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with a minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for the web
  • Knowledge of usability, human factors, and the UX process
  • Experience with Adobe design tools and XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX
  • Experience with Microsoft design and development tools, including Visual Studio and Expression
  • Familiarity with website optimizer and strong written and verbal communication skills
