Patient Access Representative
Onsite | Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Patient Access Representative, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth registration and discharge processes.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately register and discharge patients using the EPIC system, perform essential data entry, organize charts, and prepare daily cash deposits.

  • Answer and route calls, assist with inquiries, and provide valuable support to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

  • Handle co-pays, point-of-service payments, deposits, and balance cash drawers to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage admissions to the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Family Practice.

  • Complete documentation for uninsured patients, update demographic and billing information, and confirm insurance benefits for new and existing patients.

  • Epic experience is a plus.

  • Must be able to work some weekends.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
