Training Specialist

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Training Specialist. The Training Specialist is a key role within our organization, focusing on the development, coordination, and execution of our customer service training curriculum. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our employees are well-equipped to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and execute all aspects of the training curriculum for our customer service operations, including instructor-led training modules, procedure manuals, and assessments.
• Facilitate on-the-job training programs, workshops, and meetings, leveraging both existing and new training resources.
• Collaborate with operational and product teams to identify gaps in the training curriculum and solve them, ensuring alignment with future training requirements.
• Maintain and report on program participation, assessment results, retraining requirements, and suggested improvements.
• Engage with functional leaders and teams to implement training program requirements and drive continuous enhancements to training programs and practices.
• Develop and implement assessment criteria and processes to evaluate overall program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest training methods, techniques, and learning management systems to deliver a best-in-class training experience.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to gain and share best practice insights.
• Be ready for special assignments during emergencies like storm events and other situations affecting customer service
• Applicant must possess strong customer service skills• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be able to produce clear and concise reports
• Prior experience in a training role is crucial
• Must have a strong understanding of company procedures and policies
• Experience in handling training materials is beneficial
• Must be able to plan and execute training processes efficiently
• Knowledge of applicable regulations is required
• Must be able to implement training practices effectively
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels is necessary
• Familiarity with a variety of training methods is an asset
• Must have effective time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Power BI, is vital
• Ability to coordinate training programs and enhance them as needed
• Experience in predictive analysis is a plus
• Must be able to execute standard operation procedures effectively
• Proficiency in creating and implementing training modules is required.
