Occupational Health Care Specialist

Job Summary:
The Occupational Health Care Specialist will provide healthcare services to employees, including health and wellness training, employee health services, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with experience in occupational health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide health and wellness training to employees
- Conduct employee health services and ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement plans of care based on medical directives
- Treat and evaluate employee illnesses and injuries
- Conduct safety and ergonomic training and administer drug and alcohol programs
- Assist in designing and executing employee health and wellness programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Zero years of related work experience
- Registered Nurse or equivalent in other geographies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Emergency room nurse experience
- Urgent care nurse experience
- Occupational Health background
Interview Process:
1-hour on-site interview with manager
