CLASSIFICATION:

Administrative Assistant | Sales Support

Bread Man Baking Co. is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant. This role is primarily responsible for providing support to the Sales Team and management with a wide variety of administrative tasks relating to sales and customer service.

 

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrative Assistant include:

  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events with prospective clients.
  • Greet and assist onsite guests.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems.
  • Perform other assistant duties as required to support the business office.
  • Maintain a record of client contact information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Oversea and coordinate the sales team activities.
  • Coordinate shipment of samples as needed
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update account setup and records.
  • Acts as a liaison between the sales team and other internal business units.

 

Qualifications of the Sales Administrative Assistant include:

  • Associate degree or 2 years of order processing or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), with ability to rapidly learn new software.
  • High level of interpersonal skills (including emotional intelligence, communication, and active listening skills).
  • Attention to detail in researching, creating and proofing work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • English / Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance during regularly scheduled office hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
