Our client, a government agency, is seeking a CSR/Billing Specialist to join their team. As a CSR/Billing Specialist, you will be part of the Revenue Department supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and excellent technical proficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CSR/Billing Specialist

Location: Downtown Savannah

Pay Range: $16.41/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Provide high-level customer service, assisting customers with complex complaints and discrepancies.
  • Receive, review, and prepare work orders; maintain customer records accurately.
  • Handle inquiries and provide specialized information regarding department functions.
  • Maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and ensure accurate data entry in ledgers and logs.
  • Explain policies and procedures to internal and external customers.

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least two years of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and technical systems.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
