BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Returns support Job for an opportunity in Portland, OR location
Position Title: Customer Returns support
Location: Portland, OR
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 5 Months
Job Type: Contract role -Onsite
Pay Range: $20/hr – $23/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:
In this role you will interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or through other social media platforms, to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
Requirements:
High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed
8+ years of customer service experience
Experience dealing with inventories
Experience in a sales order environment
Experience handling customer tickets
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
