Job DescriptionJob DescriptionClient partnered with AppleOne is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist for a position in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of office experience and possess excellent communication skills. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple telephone lines efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various office tasks.
Scan documents using Adobe Acrobat software for electronic filing and manage hardcopy filing systems.
Process confidential documents with discretion and maintain high standards of confidentiality.
Perform general clerical tasks as needed, adhering to program guidelines and compliance requirements.
Provide outstanding customer service and assist with other office duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of office experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with scanning and electronic filing using Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish.
