We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our firm with minimum 3 plus years of experience into Medical malpractice.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis using Lexis-Nexis

  • Draft legal documents, including expert affidavits, pleadings, and motions e.g., MSJ responses, MILs.

  • Assist with case preparation and management.

  • Defend clients and experts in deposition.

  • Assist senior attorney at trial.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal case theory.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in litigation and legal drafting is preferred.

  • Familiarity with medical malpractice procedures and practices.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in conducting legal research.

  • Ability to litigate cases effectively in court.

  • Strong research skills to gather relevant information for cases.

  • Excellent writing skills to draft clear and concise legal documents.

  • Knowledge of legal research methods and techniques.

  • Experience in legal administrative tasks such as case management and document organization.

  • Ability to negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
