LPN Details

  • Full Time Schedules

  • Some weekends may be required

  • 8 hour shifts available

  • Contract Position

LPN Duties

  • Performing health screenings and physical examinations

  • Administering medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as directed by medical staff

  • Serving as a first responder in emergency and crisis situations

  • Observe and report changes in behavior, mobility, appetite, or other symptoms that could indicate medical issues.

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including RNs, physicians, behavior specialists, and social workers, to develop and update individualized care plans for each client.

  • Provide education and training to caregivers, family members, and other staff on proper care techniques, medication administration, or health concerns specific to developmental disabilities.

LPN Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited educational institution

  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing

  • 1+ year of relevant Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience
