This role is integral to our team, providing administrative support and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The industry in which this role operates includes administrative assistance, customer service, and concierge services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for our office, greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone system.
• Provide superior customer service, handling inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to carry out administrative tasks.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for efficient retrieval of customer records.
• Assist with paperwork, including photocopying, scanning and filing documents.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in all communication with team members and clients.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by assisting with other tasks as needed.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
