Job Title: Manufacturing Team Lead

As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient operations, and leading a team of skilled workers. You will be responsible for meeting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians, providing training and support.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
