  • Lead electrical engineering teams to design and develop commercial and military-related products and systems.
  • Contribute to proposal development, technical writing, and quote preparation for sales and business development teams.
  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion while meeting technical requirements.
  • Drive best practices and lessons learned within the team.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules.
  • Support and communicate the company's mission, values, and culture.
  • Participate in and lead technical reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with design-to-cost, weight, and manufacture requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution required; Master's degree in Engineering, PE license, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of five to seven years of experience leading electrical engineering personnel required.
  • 6+ years of experience in similar technical roles with military and defense applications.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
  • Able to work independently on a weekly basis.
  • Competent technical expertise.
  • SolidWorks and SolidWorks Electrical experience required; AutoCAD experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASTM E1851-15, IEEE 299, MIL-STD-285, MIL-STD-188/125, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464.
  • Military/defense experience preferred.
