Job Details



Review and approve customer orders entered into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy
Answer customer service calls and handle inquiries
Prepare and print labels and other documents for production
Take weekly inventory of office and production supplies, ordering as needed
Email customer-required documents, such as COAs, BOLs, and invoices
