Summary: Seeking a Design Engineer to provide engineering design and analysis support for gas distribution engineering projects.

  • Requirements:

    • BS in Engineering from an accredited institution

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience

  • Preferred Skills:

    • NYS Professional Engineering License

    • Previous engineering and permitting experience with NYS DOT (PERM 32 / PERM 36 / PERM 44)

    • Previous utility engineering experience

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical recommendations and process troubleshooting

    • Improve process engineering tools and develop procedures

    • Collaborate with operations, project sponsors, and union design/drafting staff

    • Coordinate with permitting municipalities and engineering support service providers

 

 

 Pay: 36-48

Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
