Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for problems in construction, manufacturing, and building environment design and function
  • Perform computational design to develop and implement tools to enhance efficiency and quality of design projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design and technical solutions
  • Coordinate workload of Project Discipline Engineers and Technicians, including reviewing to verify quality
  • Train young engineers on designing HVAC systems and champion the development of computational tools
  • Educate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design teams on the design considerations required for Passive House certification for MEP systems
  • Coordinate work-sharing with other global offices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field of study
  • Two (2) years of experience with devising technical solutions for problems in construction, manufacturing, and building environment design and function
  • Experience with computational design and tool development
  • International building codes and standards knowledge
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $92,000 per year, depending on experience.
