Our client is a leading global manufacturer of medical supplies (PPE), specializing in providing high-quality products to hospitals and healthcare organizations. Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts/Revenue Analyst to manage and optimize our medical rebate chargeback processes and GPO administrative fee payment processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GPO contracting, rebate processing, and a deep understanding of medical rebate chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Rebate Chargebacks:
Manage the end-to-end process of medical rebate chargebacks, including Master Data Management setup and maintenance of membership eligibility per contracts.
Administer pricing communications, including both direct and indirect pricing.
Oversee chargeback processing, including loading and adjudicating claims.
Assist team in processing US medical rebates and administrative fee payments.
Actively participate in the design and setup of the customer master to process claim backs.
Data Processing and Analysis:
Utilize Excel for advanced data processing, including basic payment analyses and automation.
Develop Excel and/or PowerBI-based automation tools to support calculations of GPO payment fees, validate volume claims against purchases, and enhance chargeback processing efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Develop and monitor a Distributor Scorecard to track chargeback performance.
Document current processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Conduct root cause and impact analyses to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Financial Impact:
Perform financial impact analyses for payment delays or erroneous payments.
Document future state requirements and assist in processing chargeback backlogs.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven hands-on experience with GPO contracting, medical rebate chargebacks, and related processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including automation, data processing, and analysis. Familiarity with Revenue Management & Pricing tools such as Flintfox, Vendavo, Pros, Informatica, and Oracle.
Leadership: Experience leading teams in rebate processing and administrative fee payments.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct financial impact analyses and process documentation.
Tools Expertise: Experience with Excel and/or PowerBI for automation and data management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management Information Systems is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on GPO contracting and rebate processing.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
