Position Overview:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant Education, you will play a crucial role in providing essential services to students in the Holton school district. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, helping students achieve their communication goals and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Kansas state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
