Partners Personnel, a leader in staffing solutions, is seeking a motivated and customer-service-focused Bilingual Onsite Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The position is based at our client’s site in Little Rock, AR, a growing company specializing in vitamins retail and wholesale. This dual-role position will focus on recruiting for a remote recruiting team and managing a growing onsite workforce.
Job Title: Bilingual Onsite Recruiting Coordinator Location: Little Rock, AR Pay Rate: $20 – $25 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Please note new hire checkins can start as early as 6AM
And with occasional shifts from 2:00pm – 11:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the full cycle of recruiting for contract and long-term direct hire associates, including screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates to the onsite location but also help manage other recruiting projects for a corporate team.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring prompt submissions of qualified candidates.
· Act as the primary liaison between the client and the branch, addressing staffing needs, and maintaining a positive working relationship.
· Oversee daily employee relations, monitor attendance using ADP, resolve issues, and promote a positive working environment.
· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all associates.
· Handle all aspects of new hire paperwork, including I-9s, W-4s, background checks, and drug screenings.
· Create client-specific reports and attend client meetings to discuss staffing needs and strategies.
· Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to promote job openings and company updates.
· Manage facility walkthroughs and safety assessments
Job Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
· 1-3 years year of Light Industrial staffing preferred
· 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
· Must be driven, independent, and able to meet staffing goals and client expectations.
