Duties & Responsibilities of a Verizon Customer Service Associate:

  • Engage directly with prospective customers to deliver captivating product demonstrations and ensure a thorough comprehension of our clients' offerings
  • Provide educated answers to potential customers based on products and services in person
  • Evaluate customers' compatibility with our products and services, gaining insights into their budgets, requirements, and challenges
  • Follow-up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Surpass sales quotas and objectives by fostering strong relationships with prospects and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain regular communication with both the Verizon Customer Service Associate team and Management to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to maximize outreach and lead generation efforts
Verizon Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, sales representative, customer service, retail, or customer-facing role
  • The ability to manage rejection and maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies such as problem solving, negotiation, and overturning objections
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Build rapport and maintain genuine relationships with clients, customers, and fellow Verizon Customer Service Associates
  • Ability to travel to the office daily
  • Resilience to handle rejection and persevere in a positive direction
