Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in Houston, Texas. The role involves playing a crucial part in the human resources department of our industry, handling various responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all relevant employee information are accurately recorded
• Manage calendars effectively, scheduling meetings and appointments to maintain an organized workflow
• Conduct applicant screening and prescreening to identify potential candidates for various job roles
• Manage job postings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Conduct regular auditing of HR processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Perform regular background checks following legal and company standards
• Maintain compliance with all company and legal regulations related to human resources
• Utilize 'About Time' and 'Paylocity' tools effectively for various HR tasks
• Manage and resolve all HR related inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure the smooth running of all HR administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless workflow.• Proficiency in 'About Time' software for efficient time management
• Auditing skills to ensure compliance and accuracy in HR processes
• Experience in conducting Background Checks to maintain workplace safety standards
• Familiarity with Compliance regulations to ensure adherence to HR policies
• Knowledge of Applicant Screening and Prescreening techniques for potential candidates
• Capability to manage calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Experience in creating and managing Job Postings for various recruitment platforms
• Proficiency in Paylocity software for efficient HR operations
• Excellent Data Entry skills for maintaining accurate employee records
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
