Job DescriptionJob Description

Join our team this festive season in a contract role that is sure to spread holiday cheer. As a part of our team at a local candy company, you’ll be taking orders from customers via phone and email, and entering them into our system, helping to make everyone’s holidays a little brighter.

This role begins on October 28, and continues through December 20. Your main hours will be Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with mandatory overtime and some weekend hours. For your extra holiday efforts, you will receive time and a half pay Plus yummy goodies. :)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Providing accurate information about our products and services

  • Processing orders and returns


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus


 



Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
