Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Rogers area. The ideal restaurant manager candidate should be a highly organized and customer-focused leader with excellent communication and management skills, able to balance profitability with adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring high customer service standards and profitability.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage hourly staff, including performance reviews and scheduling.
  • Implement and enforce safety and food handling procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain administrative compliance, including cash handling procedures and employee issue reporting.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Full Service concept
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
