Job Overview

As a member of the 3-4 member store management team, the Bonefish Grill General Manager plays a critical role in leading the overall operations of our restaurant, including restaurant appearance and presentation, customer experience, and professional leadership and direction to all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer retention, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, federal/state/local laws, and regulations.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve targeted financial results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior restaurant management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
