Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process and record daily accounts payable transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements and accounts.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment issues promptly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline payment processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
