Responsibilities:
• Handle the drafting of contracts for container customers, using an existing template, and send them via email
• Manage and finalize drivers' schedules from the previous day
• Respond to customer inquiries submitted through contact forms via email or phone
• Implement data entry tasks, specifically inputting all dumping and hauling information into Excel for NJDEP
• Engage in filing tasks including creating labels and folders for efficient organization and retrieval
• Scan and distribute orders to the relevant parties as required
• Follow up with customers whose containers are overdue for return
• Assist in typing up schedules for the drivers when needed
• File and organize all receipts and invoices
• Scan and send dump tickets to various customers.• Demonstrated proficiency in Administrative Assistance
• Experience with Filing systems and protocols
• Familiarity with Labeling methods and techniques
• Proficiency in Scheduling tasks and appointments
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, etc.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and personal integrity
