Global Payments Operations Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Global Payments Operations Specialist for a global banking client. The ideal candidate has a banking background and experience with wire transfers. This is a third shift job and a 12-month assignment with one of the world’s leading banks. Please continue reading and apply if interested.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Specialist will focus on reviewing and manually correcting USD wire transfers in a non-call-based setting.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to recognize patterns to ensure strict compliance with established processes and procedures.
The specialist will handle daily tasks involving the analysis, investigation, and resolution of various issues within the Global Payment Operations department.
Duties include following defined procedures, generating analytical reports, and managing exceptions.
The role involves coordinating the implementation of operational solutions in a non-call-based environment.
The specialist may also assist in documenting, implementing, and monitoring new processes.
Providing procedural, technical, and operational guidance to team members within the unit is also part of the role.
Requirements:
Experience in banking and familiarity with wire transfers.
Exceptional typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and research capabilities.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Highly detail-oriented.
Worksite Type: onsite
Hours: first shift during training (8am-pm) and 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM thereafter
Pay: 20-21/hr
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
