Join Our Team as an Outside Sales Representative – Firetrucks and Ambulances

Location: Kansas (entire state) - Remote role, traveling all over Kansas
Company: Leading Provider in Fire, Rescue, and EMS Equipment

Are you passionate about serving those who serve others? Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive their mission of delivering top-quality firetrucks and ambulances to Fire Departments and EMS Agencies throughout Kansas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Travel within your designated territory (state of Kansas) to engage with prospects and customers.

  • Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings to promote exceptional products.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Represent the commitment to quality and service in every interaction.

Who You Are:

  • You possess a High School Diploma or GED.

  • You have a valid driver’s license (required)

  • You have a valid CDL B is license (required)

  • Experience in sales is a plus, but a background in fire department operations is essential (firefighter, EMT, etc.)

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can work independently.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Competitive base salary plus commission = 40K/yr. base + 20% commission (average OTE is 100K +)

Pay Details: 40,000.00 per year

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
