Responsibilities:


• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks

• Carry out bank reconciliations

• Manage month-end closing processes

• Handle payroll-related tasks

• Process and maintain invoices

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks

• Ensure accuracy in customer credit records

• Maintain and update customer applications as required

• 5+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping position

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Expertise in conducting Bank Reconciliations

• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close processes

• Ability to handle Payroll responsibilities

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
