We are in search of a Bookkeeper to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial for managing our company's financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Handle payroll processing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct general ledger postings and monthly close procedures.
• Manage account reconciliation tasks effectively.
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping processes and data entry tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.
• Uphold the accuracy of all financial data and ensure its up-to-date.
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain customer credit records meticulously.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
