About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team in this pivotal position. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for guiding daily collections and A/R procedures, overseeing a dedicated team of specialists, and providing exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance collections and minimize outstanding balances.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Analyze credit card transactions, EFTs, and other automated payments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate accounts' credit worthiness to authorize special payment terms and manage credit limits effectively.
  • Process month-end adjustments and write-offs as necessary, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor unapplied cash reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in equipment leasing applications, managing support for payments, and reviewing Pay Program worksheets for review by the A/R Manager.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in collections is required.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills, mathematical ability, and analytical prowess.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 products is essential.
  • Prior bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $58,000 annually, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses based on program goals.
