What is the job? 
Invoic Processing/Accounts Payable
Receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings 
Provide high-level administrative support 
Training provided 
Preparing statistical reports and handling information requests
Attention to detail a must
 
What you bring to the table? 
Power Point Experience Preferred
Strong Microsoft Office Experience Required-emphasis on Excel Spreadsheets
Payroll & Timekeeping Experience Preferred
Proficient in Word, Excel and able to navigate various databases (with training) 
Organizational skills, multi-Tasking and work well independently "
Dependability - Attendance is KEY "
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
