• Administer international employee benefits programs, enrollments, and billing.
• Handle the global benefit plan renewal process and coordinate associated auditing, processing, and tracking of invoices.
• Collaborate with other business functions such as Payroll, Legal, etc., to resolve specific employee benefit issues.
• Liaise with external brokers, vendors, and providers to resolve employee issues.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees and respond to their inquiries.
• Maintain and update benefit communication materials on the company intranet.
• Ensure accurate data entry in Oracle HRIS and provide basic reporting and data analysis using Excel.
• Research and coordinate resolution of missing or incorrect data.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.• Demonstrated proficiency in communication, including the ability to effectively liaise with international teams and vendors.
• Previous experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to generate precise reports, utilizing data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suites.
• Experience in operations management, particularly in an international context.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards in international benefits administration.
• Familiarity with payroll, invoice, and billing processes.
• Strong research skills, particularly in the context of international benefits regulations and best practices.
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) administration, specifically in the area of benefits.
• Ability to perform audits, particularly in relation to benefit functions.
• Understanding of security protocols related to sensitive employee information.
• Experience in managing relationships with vendors and other external partners.
• Familiarity with employee onboarding and implementation of new benefits programs.
• Proficiency in Oracle and other data management software.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
