Robert Half is excited to partner with a reputable organization based in Concord, NH, in their search for multiple Customer Relations Representatives. This position is key to maintaining and enhancing relationships with the company's customers by providing outstanding service and support in addressing issues related to delinquent balances, payment plans, financial hardships, and reconnection services for accounts with outstanding balances.

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will leverage the company’s Customer Information System to efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries, providing tailored solutions that meet both the customer’s and company’s needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage high-stakes conversations, demonstrate empathy, and find effective resolutions while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls with a high degree of courtesy, empathy, and professionalism, focusing on resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize the Customer Information System (CIS) to accurately manage, update, and resolve customer accounts in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate payment plans and alternative solutions for customers facing financial hardships, offering solutions that align with company policies and objectives.
  • Resolve service disconnection issues by working closely with customers to ensure service is restored where possible, and by providing clear, step-by-step guidance.
  • Thrive in a high-volume environment, consistently meeting performance targets while handling a large number of calls daily.
  • Adhere to strict schedules to maintain consistency in service delivery, including scheduled breaks, ensuring peak coverage during high-demand periods.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and diverse team environment, bringing a positive and solutions-oriented attitude to daily challenges.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, especially in high-volume call environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with customer information or CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and remain composed under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
