Job Posting: Project Manager

Location: Moses Lake, WA 98837 100% onsite
Position Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $60-$70/hr depending on experience level
Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility as needed)

Overview:

We are seeking experienced Project Managers for an upcoming project. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate and a Monday through Friday schedule, with flexibility in hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and manage execution of contracts.

  • Facilitate team communication and ensure alignment on project goals and schedules.

  • Oversee project progress, ensuring compliance with Statements of Work and adherence to budget and quality standards.

  • Communicate program statuses and priorities clearly to all stakeholders.

  • Organize and lead coordination and milestone meetings.

  • Manage Change Order processes and maintain effective relationships with customers.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support project requirements.

  • Handle modification activities and negotiate revised delivery dates or contract terms as necessary.

  • Provide leadership to resolve conflicts and develop team-based solutions.

Education & Experience needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 6+ years of related experience.

  • Aerospace background and aircraft interior industry experience required.

Additional Requirements:

  • US Person status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations.



Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
