Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Technical Writer 3 based in New York, New York. The successful candidate will be a key part of our team, contributing to the definition and execution of consistent copywriting across all touch points to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from crafting the voice of the brand across multiple channels to working closely with marketing, design, and product team members.

Responsibilities:
• Create marketing copy with a focus on CRM, ensuring all content is on-brand and contributes to customer engagement and sales growth.
• Foster effective relationships with marketing designers, web development teams, and studio/content teams to ensure copy direction aligns with overall strategy.
• Work collaboratively with other copywriters and designers on larger creative initiatives as needed.
• Write and manage creation of brand content for various channels including websites, digital media assets, emails, social media, blog, and all marketing related materials.
• Adapting voice and writing style across various media channels, including email, display, and SMS.
• Proactively engage in direct response engagement practices to promote our brand and products.
• Develop direct response concepts for direct mail and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Utilize your experience with lifecycle writing and/or UX writing to effectively communicate our brand's message and value.
• Bring your passion for our brand to creatively push the brand in new directions.• Extensive experience in technical writing
• Proficiency in Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Materials Handling and Design principles
• Skilled in managing Social Media platforms for brand awareness
• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Websites
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral, including proficiency in Spanish language
• Experience in Graphic Design and ability to execute creative concepts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Media platforms, including Advertisements
• Proficiency in Proofreading, Blogging, and Editing
• Experience with e-Commerce Applications
• Knowledge of UX principles and Web Development
• Ability to create content with a consistent Voice
• Experience in Direct Mail campaigns
