Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Property Administrator to become a part of our team, based in San Jose, California, 95111, United States. The role involves supporting our property management team with HUD compliance during a Management and Occupancy Review (MOR). This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, prepare, and submit documents for MOR compliance
• Conduct audits of tenant files to validate eligibility, certifications, and recertifications
• Communicate with residents to collect necessary documentation and address their queries
• Establish and maintain a current filing system for HUD-related records
• Assist property staff during on-site inspections, ensuring quick provision of requested materials
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, inspectors, and HUD representatives as needed
• Offer general administrative assistance to the property management team.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a property administration or related role.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Familiarity with various property management systems.
• Strong understanding of property management and real estate industry.
• Previous experience in administrative assistance.
• Proven track record of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Expertise in tenant retention strategies.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations and guidelines.
