Data Coordinator Summary

  • This role involves gathering data from multiple sources, maintaining comprehensive records, and generating detailed reports to support decision-making processes.

  • It also requires working closely with various departments, including production, quality control, and supply chain, to gather and maintain data that supports continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Data Coordinator Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 4:00PM to 12:00AM 

  • Monday - Friday / Some weekends required

Data Coordinator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Previous experience role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, ERP systems)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
