Are you a maintenance professional looking for a change? PDS tech is hiring a Building Maintenance Coordinator for one of our clients in Appleton WI. This is a 6 month contract that could extend longer and pays 23-25 per hour depending on experience.

The Building Maintenance/Mail Coordinator is responsible for keeping the office buildings and properties in proper condition, managing incoming and outgoing mail service, and running errands. You would be doing general repairs and maintenance as well as using a company vehicle to run errands mail, supplies etc..



Pay Details: 23.00 to 25.00 per hour
