Paraprofessional

Procare Therapy is seekingcompassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team. Partnering with schools across the United States, we specialize in providing quality education and therapy services to children, and in bringing care to the field of education.

Position Details

  • Paraprofessional
  • Full Time
    • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral disordersis REQUIRED.
    • Full Caseload Details will be discussed upon first interview.

Availability

    • Full Time
    • Monday-Friday
    • Immediate Start


Education / Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with children or students, especially in a behavioral or special education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to working with students with challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive in stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of educators and support staff.
  • Must pass a background check and meet state certification requirements for paraprofessionals.
  • Complies with school, state, and federal policies and procedures. Background Check, Fingerprint Scanning and Drug Screening Required.

Employment Type

  • Full Time, Contract
  • $20+ Hourly - Based on Availability andSchool SettingExperience.
  • W-2 Pay Structure
