Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team at Bristol Central High School. As a member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students and providing exceptional service to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students before school, during class, recess, lunch periods, and after school.
  • Assist with instructional activities, such as reading to students, listening to students read, and participating in other forms of oral communication.
  • Help students master equipment or instructional materials assigned by the teacher.
  • Provide escort and assistance to children as necessary.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; two years of college credit or an associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with job-related computer hardware and software applications.
