Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in PLC, HMI, and robotic programming to design, develop, and maintain control systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Intermediate understanding of electrical circuits, panel design, pneumatic/hydraulic design, PLCs, HMIs, robot programming, VFDs, servo applications, and device communication networks (DNET, ENET, Profibus).

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.

  • Ability to work onsite at offices or customer locations as required.

  • Ability to meet deadlines safely and interact professionally with customers under high-pressure situations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with developing operation manuals.

  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices for machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design controls software packages using PLCs and/or HMIs.

  • Create operation manuals detailing equipment functionality and setup.

  • Ensure equipment meets customer-supplied specifications.

  • Program robotic/controls equipment per customer specifications.

  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine operation.

  • Check design details for proper functionality of work done by self and other engineers.

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users at customer facilities.

  • Ensure products/services remain industry benchmarks.



Pay Details: $67.00 to $90.00 per hour
