Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand business objectives and translate them into comprehensive technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with developers to design technical solutions, including system integrations, API functionality, and third-party tools, while creating and maintaining detailed system architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and developers, resolving technical challenges, clarifying requirements, and ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
  • Work with QA analysts to create and execute detailed test plans, identify and resolve performance or functionality issues, and monitor post-launch updates to ensure long-term scalability and optimal performance.

Here’s what you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or similar role in a web development or marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, API integrations, database management, analytics tools, SEO principles, responsive design, performance optimization, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and version control tools
