We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Design Engineer to join our team at Jobot.

Job Summary

This role involves designing, installing, and commissioning control systems to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop control systems to meet manufacturing process requirements.
  • Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for automated equipment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Select and design plant control system architecture, including control panels, hardware, and communication protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and electrical controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, HMI development, Wonderware (Aveva) ArchestrA.
  • Familiarity with .NET programming, SQL Databases, and Ethernet/IP Communication.

Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 per year
