Soliant Education is seeking to hire a dedicated and qualified Deaf/Hard of Hearing teacher to provide services on-site to students in the Seattle, Washingtonarea. Full-time applicants highly preferred, however part-time applicants will be considered.

This position is a W2contracted position for the remainder of the current school-year, with contract renewals available for those interested and if determined to be a good fit.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Licensed Deaf/Hard of Hearing teacher in Washington.
Familiarity with and ability to use assistive technologies that support the learning needs of students with hearing impairments.
Previous experience (2 plus years)
Knowledge of and adherence to federal and state laws and regulations related to special education, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Pay structure/Benefits:
Flexible hours..
Weekly pay, every Friday.
Negotiablehourly rate will be determined based on experience of applicant.
Tech and clinical support along the way.
Provide services to students in need.
