Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
- Develop and execute a menu that combines authentic French cuisine with creative modern influences.
- Lead and inspire a kitchen team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain strict standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
- Work closely with local suppliers to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Create and manage kitchen budgets, labor costs, and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in upscale, high-volume restaurants.
- Expertise in French cuisine, with a portfolio showcasing knowledge of classic and contemporary French dishes.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse kitchen team.
- Excellent understanding of food cost management and budget control.
- Ability to work closely with management to shape the restaurant’s culinary direction and ensure alignment with brand vision.
