Responsibilities

Introduce new employee to department staff and conduct tour of facilitiesReview and discuss: Nature of the business and customers
  • Department policies and procedures
Conduct on-the-job training:Review job responsibilities and department service standardsDemonstrate job procedures, skills and operation of equipment
  • Review procedures for finding / ordering supplies
  • Provide on-going job feedback and coaching
Assess and certify job knowledge and skill proficiency of new employeeAnswer questions; discuss orientation experience; assess additional training needs
