• Conduct business and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Employ skills in Budgeting and Budget Processes to manage financial aspects of projects.Qualifications: Proven experience in project management, preferably in an operational or financial management role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to the founder and other stakeholders. Experience with payroll systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting. Understanding of insurance and legal documentation processes. Proficiency in handling accounts payable, bill payments, and financial analysis. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management detail oriented (PMP) certification or similar credentials. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
